Rnd 2 – 50 Dubs, 18 Bar Facing Burpees, Max Power Cleans
Rnd 3 – 50 Dubs, 15 Bar Facing Burpees, Max Power Cleans
Rnd 4 – 50 Dubs, 12 Bar Facing Burpees, Max Power Cleans
Rnd 5 – 50 Dubs, 9 Bar Facing Burpees, Max Power Cleans
With this sprint style workout we will be going up in wt each round.
We will have to push our pace on the Rope and Burpees with only 3 rounds to get as many Power Cleans as possible.
Today we should be focusing on barbell cycling.
