Bergeron’s Beep Test (AMRAP – Rounds)

EMOM complete the following until failure

7 Thrusters @ 75/55#

7 Pull-ups

7 Burpees

15 Min of work minimum. If you fail to complete 7 reps of each movement within 1 min, decrease to 6 reps a round then repeat and so on. Score is the number of completed rounds before failure.
If 7/7/7 is too many reps to start, find a rep scheme that you think you can maintain for at least 10 minutes…ie 5/5/5, 4/4/4.
