Today we will be practicing all 3 forms of KB movement in the Level Method. Choose a single KB for all 3 rounds of Tabata. Attempt to match reps every round.
In between rounds will be one 100m OH Carry (50m each arm) and 50m of Sled Row Pulls.
Score each round off lowest # of reps.
