800M pumpkin run

100 pumpkin squat toss

100 pumpkin sit-up toss

100 burpee pumpkin toss
use which ever weight wall ball you wish, if wallball touches ground, 200M farmers carry, 100M for 1 athlete, then 100M for the other, then resume workout where left off.
