Tabata Air Squats;
8 Rep Split Squats;
20 Rep Back Squat
Athlete will choose one of the three options to attempt an assessment and use the other two to practice/warm-up with.
Upper/Lower Body Endurance (Time)
initial Assessment, use deadlift and UB push to det workout
Athletes should choose to attempt assessment at least one level higher than previous assessment.
