Break up/Make up (Time)
Two Parts (with a Partner)
Part A: “The Break Up” – AMRAP 12
1st round: 1 Push Press (115/85 lb) + 1 Burpee
2nd round: 2 Push Presses (115/85 lb) + 2 Burpees
3rd round: 3 Push Presses (115/85 lb) + 3 Burpees
5 minutes Rest
Part B: “The Make Up” – 6 Rounds (alternating) for Time of:
5 Squat Cleans (115/85 lb)
200 meter Row
Part A; Each athlete must complete a round… ie both athletes complete 1 push press+ 1 burpee, both athletes complete 2 push press+2 burpees…etc etc until 12 minutes is up.
Part B: complete 6 rounds as a team, one athlete working at a time to complete entire round, so each athlete will complete 3 rounds.
workout score will be total time to complete, mark in comments number of reps able to complete in part A.
