For today we have to opposing ladder couplets. Athlete will alternate 25 push-ups, 5 Ab mats, 20 push-ups, 10 Ab mats and so on.
Workout starts with a longer single carry, weight should be a challenge but able to hold on throughout. Ends with a single carry with a plate held overhead.
