20/15 Cal Row Each Round
10 to 1 Hang Squat Cleans
For each round the Cal Row will remain the same with the Hang Squat Cleans starting at 10 reps and decsending 1 rep each round.
Wt on the barbell will be the same across and should be a moderate wt that allows for cycling.
