This sprint interval workout is very shoulder heavy. As the reps go down with the OHS the wts will go up. Remember planned rest is always more effective than unplanned rest.

For W/Y/O and Blue athletes DB Presses will be substituted for HSPU.

W/Y/O will have a single under buy-in each round.
