Athletes can start where ever in this circuit and then follow the flow accordingly. Reps can be broken up if necessary I.e. 2 rounds of 100′ Bear Crawl, 50 MC’s, 10 Split Lunges.

The intent is to focus on quality of movements and stay moving for 25 mins.
