For this workout we want to focus on a slightly stronger rowing pace. The difference between a 2min and 1:50 500m split is a 40 second difference.
Attempt to push the pace on the rounds of Cindy with quick transitions
White/Yellow and Orange Athletes will be performing Single Under Jump Ropes.
Pull-up and Push-up Variations for appropriate levels.
