Coach Tye started his Fitness journey at 15 years old teaching Martial Arts. He fell in love with helping people of all ages improve both mentally and physically. As they worked together to achieve goals, overcome doubts, celebrate success and move past set backs he found myself surrounded by an ever growing family that motivated, supported and inspired one another.
Taking that mindset with him, he earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and set out to reach as many people as he could with the goal to improve lives through fitness.
He has had the wonderful opportunity to work at awesome facilities with experienced coaches, constantly learning new skills. He served in the Army he was able to use his skills to help his fellow soldiers who struggled to pass their physical fitness test. He has learned how to train people to run, kids to enjoy fitness, and how to help seniors become so fit so that they can live life without fear of falling.
Training people in strength, martial arts, running, cardio conditioning and functional fitness has been the best profession he could hope to find. Everyday is an awesome experience training people, learning their goals, watching them grow stronger and exceed their own expectations, there is nothing else he could imagine himself doing. “Even a bad day at the gym is better than a good day anywhere else.”
Certifications – 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing/MMA/Kempo, Several years of training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, Level 1 TRX, Parisi Speed School, CF-L1.
